Our commitment to quality and service
is built into everything we do.
Built on a 46-acre estate just west of Yountville, this 15,000 sq. ft. stone castle was constructed over a four-year period and is a testament to old world craftsmanship. Our challenge was to create something that truly looked as if it had been plucked out of the Renaissance, not only by incorporating reclaimed materials, but by using old world techniques and craftsmanship for unparalleled authenticity. Boasting vaulted ceilings, hand-painted murals and antique tile flooring from Germany, the lower-level cellars and tasting area were constructed of reclaimed Austrian brick and stone. A graceful escalier a vis style staircase—done in cast French limestone—takes visitors up 88 steps and around seven carefully varied spirals to the top of a 65-foot turreted stone tower, a lookout with sweeping views of the grounds.
